Ingredients
- Oregano – A staple in Mediterranean cuisine, this mixture features lots of oregano.

- Garlic Powder – Not typically included in Italian herb mixes, but I find that I add it to almost all of my Italian-inspired dishes, so I included it right into this mix.

How to Make Italian Herb Mix
This recipe is as easy as it gets. Just add all the spices into a bowl and mix them until evenly distributed. I find it easiest to mix using a fork or a whisk.
You may have to give this mix a quick shake before using it every time as the heavier spices can settle to the bottom.
