  1. Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and peel carrots, then remove the ends.
  3. Leave carrots whole or chop carrots into thirds, then cut larger pieces in half length-wise.
  4. Place all carrots into a large mixing bowl. Toss in olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Space the carrots evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Make these oven roasted maple carrots or an air fryer snack for smaller portions.
  2. Not Vegan?  Use melted butter instead of olive oil.
  3. Want to mix up the flavor? Add nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, or any other flavors you enjoy!
