  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, remove the ends, and chop into half or thirds.
  3. Chop each section lengthwise into quarters to create a fry-like shape.
  4. Place all pieces into a large mixing bowl. Toss in olive oil and spices. Mix until evenly coated.
  5. Place the coated carrots onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. Make these in the oven or air fryer. Follow the same instructions, but reduce cooking time by 5-10 minutes.
  2. Not Vegan? Use melted butter instead of oil, or top with cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking or air frying.
  3. Want some heat? Add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper to the spice mix.
