This Vegan Chipotle Lime Aioli is one of my absolute favorite recipes.
It is so simple, yet packs so much flavor. It is easy to adjust the spice level to your liking, and the best part is it is dairy-free, egg-free, and gluten-free!
I love taking garnishes like aioli and making them vegan. For years, I suffered through many a restaurant meal with all the garnishes removed in order to make it vegan. This Chipotle Aioli goes out to every bland taco I have ever eaten.
