- Spices – Cumin, coriander, and a bit of salt is all that is needed to make these falafel delicious.

To Make the Falafel
Preheat the oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dice the shallots and remove the large stems from the parsley. Some small stems are ok.
Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse 10-20 times until the mixture is uniform but not smooth. If you pulse too long, you will end up making hummus!

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping each falafel into a flattened ball.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 min per side.

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water to reach desired thickness.
