This quick and easy Baked Falafel is made in under 30 minutes with just 8 basic ingredients. Served with a delicious dairy-free Garlic Tahini Dipping Sauce.
Dice the shallots and remove the large stems from the parsley.
Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse 10-20 times until the mixture is uniform but not smooth. If you pulse too long, you will end up making hummus!
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, portion the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping each falafel into a flattened ball.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 min per side.
For the Garlic Tahini Dipping Sauce
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water to reach desired thickness.
