This easy homemade Vegan Pasta Dough is ready in under an hour and made with just 4 simple ingredients. Way better than store-bought, this dough is perfect for all of your wildest pasta dreams.
Mix both flours and salt on a clean working surface and make a well in the center.
Slowly add the water and olive oil. Use a fork to draw flour to the middle to begin to mix. Mix until a cohesive dough has formed, with no streaks of flour.
Knead 5-10 minutes until dough is elastic.
Place the dough in a bowl in the fridge covered with damp paper towel for 30 min.
Remove the dough from the fridge and knead for 5 more minutes.
Pasta Maker Instructions
Divide the dough into 8-10 sections.
Set the pasta maker to your desired noodle size and shape.
Feed the pasta maker one section of dough at a time.
Cut the dough once the noodle has reached the desired length/size for your chosen shape.
Cooking the Pasta
Fresh pasta: Boil for 1 minute.
Dried for 4-8 hours: Boil for 2 minutes.
Dried for 24 hours: Store up to 1 month. Boil for 3-5 minutes.
