  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  1. Chop the fresh cilantro and remove large stems.
  2. Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and use tongs to mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Serve with your favorite Mexican-inspired dish.
