  1. Start by washing and de-stemming your dill. Chop the dill leaves very finely and set aside.
  2. Add the tahini, lemon juice, pickle juice, apple cider vinegar, and water into a large mixing bowl. Mix with a fork until a smooth consistency is reached.
  3. Add the salt, garlic, and fresh dill. Mix again until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. That's it! You can enjoy it right away or store this dressing in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Not vegan? Add equal parts milk instead of water to thin the tahini. Add grated parmesan cheese before mixing this dressing.
  • Want some spice? Add a touch of cayenne or paprika to this dressing to give it a kick.
