  1. Start with a clean jar with an air-tight lid.
  2. Add the chia seeds, plant milk, and crushed berries into the jar.
  3. Stir or shake until all of the liquid is evenly distributed and no dry clumps of seeds remain.
  4. Place the air-tight cap on the jar and place it in the refrigerator. Keep refrigerated up to 12 hours.
  5. That's it! Serve and enjoy!

Notes

    1. Not Vegan? Use dairy milk or yogurt as your liquid.
    2. Gluten-Free? Chia seeds are naturally gluten-free, so just make sure to select a gluten-free milk option and you're all set.
    3. Want to mix it up? Add different crushed berries like strawberries or blackberries. Add pumpkin or hemp seeds for more protein.
