Ingredients
  

  • Seeds for 2 large acorn squash
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut open an acorn squash and remove the guts and seeds.
  3. Wash the seeds to remove all remaining pieces of squash.
  4. Lay the seeds on a towel and pat dry.
  5. Transfer the seeds to a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Roast for 15-20 minutes at 325F or until evenly golden brown.
