Measure each spice and pour into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Use a fork or metal whisk to mix the spices until they are evenly blended.
Use right away or store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 1 year.
- Add some heat by adding 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
- Make sure to mix well. The cumin tends to get a bit clumpy.
- You may have to re-mix each time you use this, as some of the heavier spices will tend to settle to the bottom.
- Not Vegan? Add some chicken salt to the mix, 1/2 tsp should do.
