½ cup tahini ¼ cup lemon juice 2 tsp garlic paste (about 4 cloves) ½ tsp salt 2 - 4 tbsp water ¼ cup parsley fresh 1 tsp dried dill
Get Recipe Ingredients
Remove large stems from the parsley and puree the garlic if you are not using garlic paste.
Add all ingredients except water into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the water and continue to blend until desired thickness is reached. Add more water for a thinner dip.
