Preheat the oven to 350℉ and lightly oil an 8 x 8" baking dish.
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
Add in the oil, mashed banana, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined. If you are adding optional mix-ins, add them in this step.
Spread the batter evenly into the oiled baking dish.
Baked at 350℉ for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Not Vegan? Replace the banana with one whole egg. Replace the plant milk with regular dairy milk
