Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  1. Start by prepping your Brussels Sprouts by washing and removing any large stems. Next, slice the Brussels Sprouts length-wise.
  2. Place the sliced Brussels Sprouts in a large mixing bowl with the olive oil, spices, and salt. Mix until all of the sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Opt for the longer fry times for a crispier finish.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Not Vegan? Toss in parmesan cheese for the last 2 minutes or air frying or sprinkle on top before serving.
  • Gluten-Free? This recipe is naturally gluten-free! Just note that if you are using a store-bought spice mix, you may need to confirm that it is gluten-free.
  • Oil-free? Feel free to omit the oil in this recipe.
