This Apple Cinnamon Bread is a perfectly sweet addition to your day. With a dash of cinnamon and juicy Honeycrisp apples, this easy bread comes together in just one hour.
Peel and dice the apple and toss into a large mixing bowl.
Add oil, vanilla extract, and applesauce. Mix until fully combined.
Add all dry ingredients and mix until combined. Do not overmix.
Add a few splashes of water if the batter is too dry.
Pour the dough into an oiled 9 x 5" loaf pan.
Bake at 350 F for 40-50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven, let cool 10 minutes in the loaf pan before slicing.
Serve and enjoy!
