These delicious sweet potato fries come out of the air fryer perfectly crispy every time. Ready in 20 minutes, they're an easy snack or side for any meal.
Slice each potato into layers length-wise (shown above).
Slice each layer into fry-like segments.
Toss sliced potatoes into a large mixing bowl and coat them with the olive oil and spices.
Place the seasoned slices into the air fryer. They don't need to be in a single layer, but they should not be overcrowded. If you have a smaller air fryer, you may need to do this in several batches.
Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, tossing and checking for doneness every 5 minutes or so.
Once thoroughly cooked and crispy, serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Not Vegan? Top these with chili and/or melted cheese for some delicious chili cheese fries. Or opt for a dip like ranch dressing.
Oil Free? Sprinkle water on the potato slices before coating them with salt and pepper.
