Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Quick & easy – Prepped in 5 minutes and on the table in 20, it doesn’t get much easier than that! These Brussels sprouts are a great, quick complement to any meal, and making them in the air fryer frees up some time for other prep if needed.
  • Customizable – You can coat the sprouts with any spices you’d like. I stuck with garlic and basic herbs for this recipe, making them an easy companion for any meal.

Ingredients for Crispy Air Fried Brussels Sprouts

  • Brussels sprouts – Buy them whole and prep yourself, or cut down even further on prep and purchase them already sliced.
  • Olive oil – A good Extra Virgin Olive Oil makes all the difference in flavor for this recipe. Oil is not strictly necessary for the air fryer, so you can definitely make these with less oil or go completely oil-free.
  • Herbs & Spices – Garlic, parsley, and oregano is an easy, tried-and-true combo that goes well with just about any meal flavors. Feel free to mix it up to more closely match the main course or just because!

How to Air Fry Brussels Sprouts

Start by prepping your Brussels Sprouts by washing and removing any large stems. Next, slice the Brussels Sprouts length-wise. Slicing them this way cuts down on cooking time and gives more surface area for a crispy finish.

Place the sliced Brussels Sprouts in a large mixing bowl with the olive oil, spices, and salt. Mix until all of the sprouts are evenly coated.

Once the sprouts are coated, toss them into the air fryer basket. Make sure not to over-crowd the basket as this will increase cooking time and reduce the crispiness overall.

Air fry at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Opt for the longer fry times for a crispier finish.

How to Store Crispy Air Fried Brussels Sprouts

  • Fridge: Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days in an air-tight container. To maintain a crispy finish, reheat in the air fryer at 350 for 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
